A man was found dead on his street in Baja California, police said Thursday.
The man, whose identity has not been released, was found with a bag of marijuana, police said. The bag contained about $400 in cash. The man was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for his injuries, police said.
The suspect, known by the drug name "Poncho," was found on Wednesday afternoon. He is believed to be around 70 years old. The suspect was also said to be in possession of a gun, a marijuana pipe and a gun with a different name.
The suspect has not been charged in the arrest and the investigation is continuing, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office said in a statement. It did not returnthal request requests for comment Wednesday.
Police said the man's body was found Dec. 18.
On Friday, the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office issued a warning about the possible death of a man who overdosed on Viagra.

The suspect was seen running around the apartment in the early morning hours of Thursday.
